David is considered one of the leading technology analysts in the Silicon Valley, He has
has spoken regularly at industry and management conferences and has been widely
referenced in publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, New York
Times, Computerworld, Electronic Business, and regional and industry publications. In
addition, David has been a guest-lecturer at some of the leading business schools in
the country including, University California-Berkeley; Stanford University; University of
Wisconsin-Madison; and Santa Clara University.
David founded and has been managing director of Santa Clara Consulting Group (SCCG), for nearly 30 years. SCCG is the parent company of DigitalMediaIX. David has also been a contributor to the Journal of Product and Brand Management and has published papers on colleges and their brands.

He has advised and consulted at all organizational levels to leading media, technology, financial services, CPG, and startup organizations. Clients include Google, Yahoo!, Hewlett-Packard, Visa, Pfizer, Wells Fargo, leading advertising agencies, and startups (e.g. Cooke Pharma, Full Degree, SocialShield, OfferPal Media).
Roger’s marketing research expertise spans the product life cycle, from pre-launch to in-market. Experience ranges from new product research, benchmark AA&U studies, and brand equity research, to customer satisfaction and segmentation studies (conducted internal training on segmentation research), advertising effectiveness evaluation, and thought leadership studies around understanding the path-to-purchase and conversion.

Joel has more than 20 years experience in technology market research. He has covered
commercial and consumer products in IT, portable power, and data storage markets.
Joel has been with DigitalMarketingIX's parent company, SCCG, for more than 20 years.
Prior to his association with SCCG, Joel was Principal Analyst with Dunfield Research
and an analyst with Evans Research. He has lectured at York and Trent Universities.

1-800-Flowers.com. Steve is currently on the faculty of St. John's University (New York)
and Columbia University, teaching strategic communications and branding.

Steve has over 25 years of experience at some of the leading ad, design, and digital
media agencies in the country. He is the former North American COO of Arc Worldwide,
a global marketing services agency owned by Publicis; the former president and
CEO of Publicis/Leo Burnett's Semaphore Partners and Giant Step Interactive; and he
was media group president at Blowtorch Entertainment. His clients have included
Disney, Motorola, Miller Lite, Purina, Orbitz, and Toyota Scion.
Steve spent three years as general manager of frog deisgn's flagship in San Fransisco
studio. frog design, is a leader in strategic innovation consulting, industrial design,
user interface and interactive design. He directed a staff of more than 150 cross
functional designers, program managers, technologists, and strategists. More recently,
Steve joined R/GA, one of the countries largest digital media agencies, as Vice
President and Managing Director. His accounts include Nike and Microsoft.
